What does Spirit-filled leadership look like in our day? How can we lead our churches to grow in depth, maturity, and faithfulness?
Join us as we collaborate with like-minded leaders across diverse contexts to equip and encourage one another toward ministry in a cultural moment marked by chaos, confusion, and conflict.
We pray God gives us a clear and prophetic vision for ministry—one that builds resilience, sparks creativity, and cultivates courage in us and the churches we lead.
There are two distinct, but over-lapping, components to this gathering:

PROGRESSION
Progression is a multi-day collaborative for worship leaders, liturgists, and team members, focused on Spirit-filled liturgy. As we experience the presence of God together through worship and prayer, we hope to learn from one another and lead our churches into deeper formation and Spirit dependence.
(Progression includes participation in the Equip Intensive.)

Who is this for?
Progression is designed for worship leaders, liturgists, and worship team members who desire to grow in their leadership and learn from like-minded pastors and leaders who are committed to Word & Spirit ministry.
Participants will be able to experience Spirit-filled worship, hear from experienced practitioners, get individualized coaching, and meet leaders from other churches.
What is the cost?
FREE. There is no cost to attend. However, you are responsible for travel, accommodations, and a few meals.
Dinner & lunch will be provided on both Monday and Tuesday, and lite breakfast & coffee will be provided on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings.
What do I need to bring?
Nothing, but yourself, an open heart, and willingness to both give and receive. We hope you will join us.

EQUIP INTENSIVE
This leadership intensive is designed for pastors, deacons, and ministry leaders to grow deeper in Spirit-filled leadership, ministry skill, and relationships as we share values, counsel, and resources.

Who is this for?
Frontline Equip is for any pastor, deacon, or ministry leader in your church who wants to grow as a leader, learn from experienced leaders in their specific ministry roles, and build relationships with like-minded leaders in other churches.
Which ministry cohorts will be available?
Our entire team will be available so we can flex and create more opportunities if they are needed, but currently we are planning on the following:
